Ecological Inventories inform a landowner of the unique characteristics of a property through an analysis of the natural and cultural features associated with the site. Natural features such as remnant native plant communities, rare species, hydrology, soils, and geology along with human induced factors such as invasive species, trails, and structures are inventoried. Historic aerial photos and documents help determine historic land-use and vegetation. The results from the Ecological Inventory provide the information necessary to write a high quality Adaptive Management Plan.
